By accessing or using iAlarmClock ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Use of the service
iAlarmClock is provided free of charge for personal and non-commercial use. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and to refrain from:
- Using the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
- Automated scraping, mass downloading, or framing of the site beyond reasonable personal use.
- Reverse-engineering or modifying the service for malicious or fraudulent purposes.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Alarms, timers, and clocks run inside a web browser, which can be affected by your operating system, device state, browser settings, network connection, battery, and other factors outside our control. For anything where missing the alarm matters — flights, medication, exams, important meetings — always set a backup using your device's native alarm app.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iAlarmClock and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes (but is not limited to) missed alarms, missed appointments, lost productivity, lost profits, or data loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Intellectual property
All content on iAlarmClock — including the design, logos, written articles, and source code — is the property of iAlarmClock or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may share links to our pages freely. Reproducing substantial content without permission is not permitted.
Third-party services
The service uses third-party services (Google Analytics, Google AdSense). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.
Advertising
The service is supported by advertising. By using the service, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed and that some pages may contain affiliate or sponsored links (clearly labeled where applicable).
Modifications to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such changes.
