How do I set a timer for 20 seconds?
Press Start on this page. The 20-second countdown begins immediately — no settings to change. Press the space bar to pause or resume.
Will the 20-second timer ring if I switch tabs?
Yes. The countdown runs from a fixed end time, so it keeps going and rings in a background tab. The remaining time also shows in the tab title. Keep the tab open and the device unmuted.
Can I get a notification when it ends?
Yes — allow notifications when your browser asks after you press Start. You'll get a desktop or phone notification in addition to the beep.
Does it work offline?
